COMPUTER UPGRADE

To improve our online services, we will be completing a computer upgrade over the Australia Day long weekend.

As a result of the upgrade our computer system will be unavailable from 1.00pm Thursday 25 January 2018 to 9.00am Monday 29 January 2018.

Port Adelaide Enfield Council is committed to working with businesses and the community to improve service and customer relations.

Our online services now enable you to pay your rates and parking fines, register your dog, book your hard refuse collection, check library catalogues, read minutes of Council meetings, lodge development applications – and track their progress.

You can also lodge any customer request such as report a pot hole, damaged street sign, tripping hazard on the footpath, barking dog, illegally dumped rubbish, abandoned vehicles and so on. Online notifications also enable a faster response time by Council officers.
