Please allow 7 business days for your permit application to be processed.

To complete this permit application you will be required to provide the following details and attachments:

- The applicant and business provider details

- A copy of the relevant public liability insurance (minimum $10,000,000)

- Payment of the application fee

- A traffic management plan reflecting the proposed work zone. An example traffic management plan is available here
