To improve our online services, we will be completing a computer upgrade over the Australia Day long weekend.

As a result of the upgrade our computer system will be unavailable from 1.00pm Thursday 25 January 2018 to 9.00am Monday 29 January 2018.

We apologise for any inconvenience and advise the following council services are available during this period:

Debtor Payment

When paying your Debtor account you only need your Account Number. Alternatively you can pay for a single invoice by also entering in the invoice number. Please refer to the sample bill on this screen.

Please note:
  • If any details on the notice are incorrect please correct the information on the form and return the entire notice together with payment to the Council in person or by mail.

  • Ensure that the correct information is entered and double check the reference number used is the same as that listed on your notice. The Council will not be responsible for incorrectly entered information.
